Eunomus was the son of Architeles and the boy cup-bearer of
Oeneus. He was accidentally killed,
poor fellow, when
Heracles boxed his ears. In spite of this, he obviously carried out his duties well, for his name means 'orderly', from eunomes, 'well-ordered'. Compare the fate of Cyathus.
