Plutus

Plutus was the son of Demeter and Iasion. Demeter, of course, was the corn goddess, and Plutus therefore has a name (ploutos, 'riches') that symbolises the wealth of the harvest. Many mythologists maintain that Pluto derived his name from Plutus.
