Tegyrius

Tegyrius was the Thracian king who gave shelter to Eumolpus and his son Ismarus when they were exiled from Ethiopia. His name could well mean 'bee-keeper', from tegos, 'roof, 'covering' and hyron, 'beehive' (compare Hyrieus). Bee-keeping and honey-production were an important industry in ancient Greece.
